• Pennsylvania’s Mental Health Fair

    Mental Health Awareness Day is fast approaching, and on behalf of the Department of Human Services, Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the PA System of Care Partnership, you are cordially invited to attend the 2018 Mental Health Awareness Day, held on May 9, 2018, in the Strawberry Square Atrium. The event will start at 10:30 am and last until 1:30 pm, and will be located at 320 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101

    The event will have display tables and information, and speakers to bring awareness to mental health recovery through the idea that “We are Better Together: Partnering for Health and Hope”.

    LTSR residents continue to establish a positive presence in the community by participating in the Geranium festival. They will have a children’s seed planting activity as well as arts and crafts for sale for the 3rd consecutive year.

    Dress for Success is gearing up for their Bag Sale. Pay $10 for a whole bag of clothes! Some items such as lularue, chico’s and designer items(many new) will be individually priced @ $10 and $5. Others are fill the whole bag and yes it is a big shopping bag for $10. Please share. This is a great opportunity for people to buy some nice clothing at a great price and support this program that does so much to help women get clothing for interviews, jobs and court for free.
